Vintage Notes from the Winemaker: 2023 was a complex vintage with varied weather. A mild and dry winter followed a rainy and cold spring, especially in May and June. These conditions made vineyard management difficult during bud break and flowering, but the water helped plant growth and harvest size. The wines from this year show vibrant freshness and unique minerality. This vintage also celebrates the 45th anniversary of the wine La Rocca, which will have a special label. La Rocca is known for its innovative spirit and quality, marking a significant milestone for the Pieropan family.
