Building a Future for Wine on Every Table

Last year, the Court of Master Sommeliers updated its tasting grid to remove the terms “Old World” and “New World,” emphasizing that wine has a rich global history spanning over 1,000 years. Traditionally, wine has been associated with Euro-centric dining in the USA. However, as consumers increasingly explore diverse flavors, the cuisines of Latin America and Asia are becoming popular among the next generation of wine enthusiasts. This class will explore ways to integrate wine into these vibrant and diverse culinary traditions.
