Pere Ventura's premier single-estate Cava, sourced from "Clos la Secreta," 5.5 ha of vineyard grown at Can Bas. The wine is a blend of native grapes Macabeo (100+ years) and Xarel·lo (50+ years vine age). Vines are head trained, organic, dry-farmed, and manually harvested. Aged a minimum of 96 months on fine lees. Paraje Calificado is the most exacting classification in the DO, reserved for single-estate wines of exceptional quality and extended aging. ~6,000 bottles produced.
